This absolutely huge ramen festival lasts for a month, with a hundred different ramen shops from all over Japan coming to show off their best bowls of flavorful broth and smooth, chewy noodles over the course of a month. The ramen varieties change constantly, with about 7 to 10 different options each and every day. It's basically ramen heaven, right in the middle of Tokyo. Silky shoyu, rich tonkotsu, umami-filled miso, refreshing tsukemen and mazesoba... there'll be a little of everything!
