While 2020 might not be a great year for trick-or-treating (and we definitely don't recommend crowding Shibuya like usual), that doesn't mean there's no way to enjoy Halloween in Tokyo. Head to Sumida Aquarium, underneath Tokyo Skytree, for a spooky exhibition of colorfully lit jellyfish―masquerading at jack-o-lanterns!
