Why Visit CONVERSE STORE YOKOHAMA?
① Concept: True to the Source

The newly opened CONVERSE STORE YOKOHAMA was designed with the aim of keeping things “true to the source,” creating a space themed around Converse’s basketball roots and the iconic gymnasiums where Converse first made its mark.

In this space steeped in the brand’s origins, visitors are encouraged to express their own unique style, offering a new kind of Converse experience.
② Express Your Own Unique Style

The new Yokohama store showcases a full range of Converse’s classic models, each with its own long history, as well as the popular “Made in Japan” series, and many more. That includes a whole variety of Japan-exclusive products!

In addition, the shop offers a well-stocked selection of limited-edition collaboration designs! This season’s lineup includes shoes featuring the popular Chiikawa characters, of social media fame, and the beloved Japanese cartoon character Doraemon. And it’s not just sneakers – you’ll also find original socks, shoelaces, and other accessories, so you can truly customize your style from the soles of your feet and up!

In this space where Converse’s classic history meets their most modern innovations, it’s easy to find your own unique fashion sense among the wide variety of sneaker options.
③ Must-See Sneaker Releases

■ ALL STAR CHUNK LOAFER

A fusion of the classic loafer look with sneaker comfort, the “snoafer” style seen in Converse’s ALL STAR CHUNK LOAFER is perfect for this season’s trendiest looks! The new release combines a loafer-inspired design with a satisfyingly stompy lug sole (chunky with thick grooves), making your shoes really stand out from the crowd.

In true loafer style, the upper is made of synthetic leather, giving an elevated impression while maintaining the comfort and ease of wear of a sneaker. Color options include a cool black monochrome and a two-tone white/black design for a more eye-catching look!

■ ALL STAR SQUARETOE HI / OX

Introducing a fresh square-toe design to the classic Converse lineup! The striking square-shaped toe lends this model just a hint of the dress-shoe aesthetic, while maintaining the comfort and broad range of colors of a sneaker. Get the low tops in Black, White, Black Mono, Pink, Green, Navy, or Taupe, and the high tops in Black or White.

Perfect for a casual work environment or relaxed outings – we especially recommend pink, a vibrant color that will really brighten your mood and become the highlight of your outfit!
■ ALL STAR TREKWAVE FADEDCANVAS HI

From the Converse TREKWAVE series comes a new high-cut sneaker with a 5 cm platform sole (approximately) for a serious impact on your outfit! The rugged sole design is inspired by trekking shoes, combining durability and fashion.
The thick E.V.A. midsole and anti-slip outsole provide real safety and support, while the insole features high-density urethane foam and spongey rubber for all-day comfort!

The upper is finished with a special wash and bleaching technique, giving each pair a unique vintage look. Get it in Metal Grey or Royal Purple!

Gashapon Capsule Machines

The wearable items aren’t the only things worth shelling out for at this store. You’ll also find gashapon capsule machines where the prizes are adorable miniature sneakers: tiny All Stars or Weapon models! They’re so popular they sometimes sell out, but when you can get your hands on the little shoes, they make great souvenirs or collector’s items. Even if you don’t buy any human-sized sneakers during your visit, just spinning the capsule machine can give you a little of that fresh “new shoes” feeling!

Following the new Yokohama location, CONVERSE STORE SENDAI opened on April 25th, 2025. Continueing the trend of “true to the source” design, this shop shares the gymnasium theme and cool basketball lighting, but it also has another special highlight. At CONVERSE STORE SENDAI you can create your own unique pair of Converse in the customization space – the only one in Japan’s Tohoku region!

One of the Sendai shop’s most popular designs is the “Splash pattern,” a paint-splattered look that uses a palette inspired by the vibrant colors of Sendai’s natural scenery and local Tanabata Festival. The vivid yellow is sure to leave an impression!
