Europe struggled for years around the turn of the 18th century to reproduce the beautiful porcelain found in Asia at the time, and the German manufacturer Meissen was the first European company to succeed. They went on to produce beautiful animal figurines, many of which were influenced by the Art Nouveau movement a hundred years later. Head to the exhibition to find a collection of exquisitely rendered porcelain animals of all kinds.
