From April to early October, Tokyo Tower has whisky highballs aplenty, 2-hour all-you-can-drink specials, and tasty eats like "jingisukan" lamb barbecue (ジンギスカン) or Japanese karaage fried chicken, found at two open-air dining spaces in this iconic Tokyo landmark.
