Fukutoku Shrine (Mebuki Shrine)

The shrine itself sits in the midst of the busy passageway of businessmen passing on their way to work. It's not uncommon to spot businessmen and women stopping by the shrine to pray for a safe day. Although the shrine itself isn't very big, it's very silent for being in a heavy foot traffic area.

Like the Piccadilly Circus in London, or Corso Street in Rome, and Rue Saint-Honoré in Paris, although the integration of modern elements in Tokyo have replaced some older relics, the city still continues to value it's  traditional culture. When you visit Tokyo be sure to give this historical site a visit!^^
