キューガーデン ・ 英国王室が愛した花々 シャーロット王妃とボタニカルアート
Love to look at flowers? This exhibition is all about botanical art, which can simultaneously be a work of beauty and a scientific tool. Much of the exhibition collection is borrowed from London’s Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, a UNESCO World Heritage Site commonly known as Kew Gardens, and one of the largest botanical gardens in the world, complete with a collection of over 220,000 pieces of botanical art. The exhibition includes a number of 18th- and 19th-century works featuring carefully illustrated and colorful depictions of plants, showing off their natural beauty, along with gorgeous ceramic works from manufacturers like Wedgewood, Worcestor, and Derby.
