This exhibition presents the first ever retrospective of Japanese artist collective Chim↑Pom, known for using their art to reflect on various facets of Japanese society with a spark of witty humor, and tackling a wide variety of themes from stardom and consumerism to earthquakes, the atomic bomb, and even contagious diseases (which they presciently took on even before the pandemic). Check out 17 years of work at this unique exhibition, with works arranged by theme and reconsidered through the lens of time.
