Huis Ten Bosch is Japan’s largest theme park, and with 1,250 different kinds of hydrangeas blooming this summer, there’s no doubt that it has the largest variety of hydrangeas in Japan too! Like a huge reproduction of a city in the Netherlands right in the middle of Kyushu, Huis Ten Bosch is full of traditional Dutch buildings and lined with canals, and during the early summer hydrangea season, it’s packed with blue and purple flowers. See the theme park’s hydrangea flower market, hydrangea-themed sweets, canals lined with flowering bushes, hotels decorated with beautiful blooms, and more.
