Une viande saignante
En plus d’être cuite à la perfection la viande est également assaisonnée avec attention, une combinaison détonante. La barre est déjà très haute.
Légumes frais
Goûter une viande d’exception c’est bien mais la déguster avec des légumes frais c’est encore mieux. Au menu : laitue, poivrons, carottes, radis blancs, etc…
Assaisonnez vos plats
A vous de choisir la sauce qui vous plaira le plus : pâte de piment rouge, Wasabi ou Yuzukosho.

Sushis
Le second attrait du repas → les sushis! Vous avez ici encore un large choix : thon, oursin, negitoro et poissons de saison. Difficile de faire son choix!
Goût et forme adorable, c’est sûrement ce qui fait le succès des "kushiage' (串揚げ) des brochettes pânées. Bien entendu différents ingrédients sont utilisés : viande et poisson blancs, légumes et fruits de mer! C’est aussi un plat agréable puisque vous pourrez déguster ces brochettes en une seule bouchée. Hummmm!

International skiiers are especially fond of Zao Onsen Ski Resort and Gassan Ski Resort, and in recent years visitors have been drawn to the area to see the mystical sight of local frost-covered trees. Some destinations are popular regardless of the season, like Risshakuji Temple, AKA Yamadera, Ginzan Onsen's nostalgic old-fashioned streets, and Zao's Okama Lake, all great for taking pictures. Yamagata is also the place to try Yonezawa beef, one of the top 3 varieties of wagyu beef.
