ダミアン・ハースト 桜
Contemporary artist Damien Hirst may be best known for his more outrageous works involving dead cows, sheep, and sharks immersed and preserved in formaldehyde, but the artist has also been an avid painter for decades, bringing him to his latest series of paintings, titled “Cherry Blossoms.” These enormous floral landscapes are a riot of pinks, greens, and blue skies, and Hirst has specially chosen 24 of the huge canvases to grace the walls of the National Art Center, Tokyo, this spring. Head over for a different kind of cherry blossom viewing!
