The world of Noh is created through the use of striking masks and simple backdrops, and this exhibition is bringing together some of the best examples of these beautifully crafted items. Both antique Noh masks and modern ones made by master craftsmen are displayed alongside backdrops from recent years, and ones dating from as far back as the Edo period.
