Celebrating nearly 40 years of terrifying storytelling from the world’s famous horror manga-ka, this special event features an extensive collection of original Junji Ito artwork, including paintings, illustrations, early sketches, and manga panels from many of Ito’s most popular stories. Visitors can take a close look at the fine linework and haunting detail that defines his signature style, and gain insight into his creative process through commentary written by Ito himself (in Japanese), where he discusses the inspiration behind individual pieces.
