Tokyo's annual ramen festival is back! For just over a week this fall, mouth-watering ramen shops from all over Japan are gathering in one place to share their steaming bowls with noodle lovers and soup fiends arriving from all over the world. The event is divided into two rounds, with each group of shops including rich bowls of ramen from Japan's northernmost prefectures, unique flavors from the country's southern island of Kyushu, and everything in between - including some intriguing local Tokyo options.
