Every year, this massive Japanese illumination event covers southern Tokyo’s Oi Racecourse with a fabulous array of bright lights, ranging from arrangements reminiscent of the holiday lights found overseas, to fantastic light shows seen nowhere else. Plus, the event offers some chances to hang out with the racecourse’s ponies and miniature horses as well. Horse lovers, photographers, and anyone looking for a fun family outing or even a romantic date spot will have a blast at this flashy event.
