ホテル椿山荘東京で桜の庭園演出「夜桜雲海」

Tokyo is full of places to see the pink blush of cherry blossoms in the sunlight, or places to see the little flowers lit up at night, but few cherry blossom viewing spots have created an atmosphere as mysterious and mystical as that of the "Sea of Clouds" at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo this spring. The hotel already has about 100 cherry trees in 20 different varieties (meaning a particularly long viewing season), but the view is made extra special using billowing waves of mist that float in wisps around the trees and between the delicate flowers, making the trees look like islands in an ocean of clouds when viewed from above. At night, the mist-shrouded flowers are lit with 10,000 lights big and small, making it possible to explore the dreamy landscape day or night.

For visitors who want to make the most of their visit, the hotel is also taking reservations for special springtime high tea in the open air, and offering limited-time-only cherry blossom pastries as well.
