Flower Wind Chimes at Hana-Biyori (Tokyo/Kawasaki)
Jul 16, 2022 - Sep 25, 2022
花風鈴~夏を奏でる風の音色~
As Yomiuriland's very own botanical garden, Hana-Biyori is known for having beautiful flowers blooming throughout the year, but that's not all they have! The grounds are also home to picturesque temple buildings, including a "holy gate" said to have been relocated all the way from the Kyoto Imperial Palace, and this year the area is extra beautiful thanks to 300 colorful wind chimes! Hanging above the stone steps leading to the gate, these wind chimes are original Hana-Biyori "flower chimes," covered in sunflowers and morning glories.
This year Hana-Biyori's theme of the summer is "water," so don't miss the cool breeze coming off the stream that runs through the garden!
