丸の内イルミネーション2022

This annual event brings a little holiday cheer to the Marunouchi area, right outside Tokyo Station, and adds a bit of sparkle to an already high-end shopping area. More than a million champagne-colored lights (special eco-friendly low-energy bulbs) glitter in the trees lining the street, along a stretch of over a kilometer! Tokyo Torch Park, a recent addition to the area and to this holiday light event, will also be lit up each evening for a gorgeous evening destination right next to Tokyo Station's Nihonbashi exit. All of the lights used for Marunouchi Illumination are powered by renewable energy sources like solar and wind, too!
