青の洞窟 SHIBUYA

After three long years of being postponed for covid, it’s official, the famous holiday lights of the Shibuya Blue Cave (or Ao no Dokutsu) will finally be back in December 2022! This Tokyo event turns an everyday path leading away from Yoyogi Park into a romantic fairytale route lined with slightly psychedelic beech trees glittering with soft blue lights. Weekend visitors will also get to see giant digitally projected Christmas cards, where you can add your own handwritten messages for friends and family. (The first 200 event participants even get a special gift!)
